Follet Ice maker

Industrial design

Follet company is a leader in manufacturing ice cube making and storing machines. These machines are used in catering, retail and for medical purposes. Our work at the casing for ice cube maker was focused on technical aspects and ergonomics: to secure proper air circulation through the arrangement and the size of the openings and to provide the highest use comfort. Plastic elements of the machine were designed considering rotomoulding technology. Thanks to the specific shape of the ventilation openings ice cube maker meets the norm of sprayproofness, which influences its effectiveness and durability. Our ice cube machine will be used in restaurants and hospitals, therefore we put much attention to intuitive and durable enhancements, which will make the appliance easy to use and keep it clean.
